The Diploma in Radiography & Imaging Technology is a Professional Program designed to train students in the theoretical knowledge and practical skills required for diagnostic imaging services. The course is conducted within the hospital premises allowing students to gain hands-on experience in real time radiology and imaging environments.
The training includes classroom-based theory lectures and extensive practical exposure in the well-equipped Radiology Department. Students are trained in operating imaging equipment like computed Tomography- CT, Fluoroscope, C-Arm, Patient Positioning, Radiation Safety and image processing.
English language classes are conducted during the initial months of the course.

Training and Examination
- Theory & practical and viva voce examinations are conducted at the end of each academic year.
- Examination is conducted by examiners appointed by the MRTTC-Medical Radiation Technology Training Committee of the Board of the Christian Medical Association of India(CMAI)

Hostel facilities
- Separate hostel for men and women
- Hostel facilities include an attached mess.
Clinical Posting and Practical Training
- Students are regularly posted in all radiology sections to gain hands on experience
- Training includes patient preparation, positioning techniques, exposure parameters and radiation protection.
