Welcome to CFH! We're here to make your registration process simple and smooth.
- Please go to the Medical Records Department (Room 118).
- Provide your address and a valid ID proof (Aadhar card or ration card).
- Let the staff know which department you would like to consult.
- You will receive a patient card with your name and patient number.
Please keep this card safe and remember to bring it with you for every visit.
